I wanted to drop you a note of thanks for a few things that I have experienced by being your pool maintenance customer for these past years.

Firstly, your pool maintenance service is very consistent. My pool sparkles and the chemical balances are always accurate.

Secondly, your rapid response in fixing any problems that arise brings piece of mind to me. Knowing that you have my back as it relates to my pool performance is very reassuring.

Lastly, I just experienced the most unbelievable savings due to your knowledge of the new products that are now available and your desire to make all of your customers aware of this energy saving equipment. Reducing my carbon footprint and saving money at the same time is a win win situation.

I needed to replace a burned out pool pump. You explained that Pentair has new pumps that run very quiet and are efficient. I didn’t want to spend the money for this new product and only wanted the cheapest solution. You said I would reduce my electric cost of running the pump by at least 35% which would be a three year pay back.

I trusted you and installed the main pump and after checking out the energy costs we discovered that I will save about 75% of the electric cost with the added benefit that the pump is so quiet I didn’t know that it was on.

I was so thrilled with the results that I had you replace my other spillway pump that, although was working, was very noisy and we cut the amps usage down from 8 amps to under 2 amps. This is another 75% savings in the annual cost of operating the pump.

The most unbelievable thing is that both pumps are so quiet that I now can sit out back and I am not drowned out by the pool equipment.
